Deposit Refunds and Cancellation Policy: Deposits are fully refundable if cancellation is made 14 days prior to the scheduled trip or in the event of bad weather or unsafe boating conditions. The decision to cancel a trip for weather is at the sole discretion of the captain. First consideration will be given to rescheduling your trip. If a mutually agreeable date cannot be scheduled, your deposit will be refunded as follows. Deposits made with a credit card will be refunded on the same card. If a check was submitted, a refund check will be issued within 10 business days of the cancellation date. Cancellations made within 7 days are not refundable.
